Celebrate World Oceans Month with Chefs for Impact!

In collaboration with the Marine Stewardship Council, Chefs for Impact is hosting a sustainable seafood tapas party. Chef Rafa de la Rosa will be crafting a menu of 3-4 small plates highlighting a variety of sustainable sea proteins and ocean veggies. Guests will hear directly from the MSC on what makes certain seafood sustainable and what we as consumers can do to ensure we support healthy oceans, protect food security, and preserve livelihoods. Peek into the kitchen to watch the chef prepare the dishes and learn how to cook with sustainable sea products, while meeting other sustainably minded foodies in NYC.

Date & Time: June 12th, 7pm - 9pm

Format: Casual cocktail party featuring words from the Marine Stewardship Council on preserving the ocean and sustainable seafood.

Includes: Seafood Dishes, Welcome Drink, Cooking Demo's, Networking, Sustainability Discussions. Cash bar for both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.

Ticket Price: $100
 

All proceeds go towards supporting our community youth programming, Chefs for Kids, educating students on food sustainability, nutrition, agriculture, and culinary skills.
